Thank you for being our water treatment source. I am so glad I met your father 20 some years ago and as a result I”m writing a recommendation about your company and the equipment you sell, install, and service.

First off, your father came by our new house to quote us for a water treatment system. He was recommended by our next door neighbor. He tested our water and recommended the systems for the well water our house had available. That was 21 years ago. You and Johnny installed a Kinectico water softener and a Kinectico Reverse Osmosis system. They have provided the best possible water for our uses. We have had three types of water available at our house; raw water for sprinkling the lawn, softened water for bathing and washing, and RO for drinking and cooking. These systems have operated trouble free for 20 plus years.

Earlier this year I called Commonwealth Water to have my RO system checked because I had a small leak at the membrane pump. Upon your service visit you recommended system replacement. At 20 plus years of service free use I agreed that replacement would be the best choice. You informed me of the technology advancements that have been made by Kinectico and that I would notice a huge improvement. Well, as good as our first system has been I couldn’t ask for much more. Your service personnel promptly and neatly remove the old units and installed a High Performance Water Conditioning System and a K5 Drinking Water System. This all was completed in a timely fashion.

I was not expecting much difference but the quantity of RO water available is amazing. My wife and I would recommend Commonwealth Water and Kinectico to anyone needing water improvements. Greg and staff are trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, prompt, and the equipment is first class.

We built our home in 2002 in a rural area of Gloucester and installed a well for our water supply. After having the water tested for hardness, mineral content and purity, we found we needed to install a water softener system.
